Exportome Atlas provides a structure-guided view of predicted XPO1-recognized signals across the human exportome.
Database and Coverage
The atlas contains approximately 4,500 XPO1-interacting or nucleocytoplasmic proteins. This focused dataset is curated from leading biological repositories:
